Ontario Public Sector Salary Disclosure - Sunshine List 2017

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1996 makes Ontario’s public sector more open and accountable to taxpayers. The act requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to make public, by March 31 each year, the names, positions, salaries and total taxable benefits of employees paid $100,000 or more in the previous calendar year.

Assistant Deputy Minister, Culture Division / Sous-ministre adjoint, Division des affaires culturelles Kevin Finnerty made $196,883.01, Assistant Deputy Minister, Tourism Planning and Operations Division / Sous-ministre adjointe, Division de la planification et des activités touristiques Morah Fenning made $195,570.62, and Assistant Deputy Minister, Sport, Recreation and Community Programs / Sous-ministre adjoint, Sports, loisirs et programmes communautaires Steve Harlow round out the top-five highest-paid employees with $194,424.95 for the Tourism, Culture and Sport 2017 Sunshine List.
